GPUs, server memory and AI compute, sourced through channels you can check.
The hardware behind AI is scarce, and the market is full of offers that never ship. We work the other way round: we confirm the exact configuration, find it through OEM and authorised supply channels, and quote only what can actually be delivered to your country, with the manufacturer's warranty intact.

Overview
Why buyers use a procurement desk for AI hardware
Accelerated computing is sold almost entirely through partner channels: OEM server makers, authorised distributors and solution providers. Demand for current-generation GPUs and the memory around them has run well ahead of supply since 2024, and allocation, not price, is usually what decides delivery.
That gap has created a busy secondary market. Some of it is genuine; much of it is brokers quoting stock they don't hold. A buyer under deadline pressure can lose months, or a deposit, on hardware that was never available. Our job is to separate the two before you commit.
We start from your requirement, not a price list: the workload, the GPU or memory you have in mind, the rack power and cooling you have, the network you plan to run, and where the hardware needs to land. From there we source the configuration from channels that can show the hardware is available or allocated, and put the terms in writing.
Memory has become as tight as GPUs. DRAM makers have moved wafer capacity to high-bandwidth memory for accelerators, and conventional DDR5 server modules are now allocated rather than bought off the shelf. A GPU server that arrives without the right RDIMMs cannot go live, so we quote nodes and memory together when you need both.
Every enquiry is checked against export-control and sanctions rules for the destination and end use. That protects you as much as us: hardware bought through a compliant channel keeps its warranty and support, and clears customs without surprises.

How we work
How we source AI hardware
We are not a manufacturer and we don't hold speculative stock. We coordinate procurement through OEM server makers, authorised distributors and memory module houses, and we only quote hardware whose availability has been confirmed upstream.
01 — Your specification, written down
We start from your specification, not from a catalogue. Grade, dimension, tolerance, finish, test standard, pack, artwork and labelling are put in writing and confirmed with you before a single enquiry goes out.
02 — Matched to the right Indian brand
We place that specification with established, well-known Indian brands and manufacturers in the cluster that genuinely makes the product — Morbi for tiles, Rajkot and Ludhiana for machinery, Meerut and Jalandhar for sports goods, Kerala and Gujarat for spices.
03 — Offers compared on merit
Because we own no plant and owe no factory a minimum offtake, we compare offers openly on quality, consistency, capacity and price — and tell you where a lower price will not hold up in your market.
04 — Inspected, consolidated, shipped
Our own inspectors clear the goods at the brand's plant and again before loading. Multiple brands and multiple divisions consolidate into one container, one invoice and one document set.
Brand names are disclosed to you on the offer and named on the inspection report, so you always know whose production you are buying. Where a buyer already has a preferred Indian brand, we are happy to source that brand and handle only the inspection, consolidation, documentation and shipping.
Are you an Indian manufacturer or brand owner in this sector? Register your plant with our export desk.

Quality assurance
Nothing leaves India until our own inspectors clear it
Akarta runs an in-house quality department with inspectors assigned to each division. Goods are checked at the factory during production and again before loading, against the written specification agreed on your purchase order — not against the factory's own grading.
- Configuration and part numbers matched to the OEM's qualified-system listing before quoting
- Upstream availability or allocation confirmed in writing before any payment is due
- Manufacturer warranty coverage, territory and start date stated on the quotation
- Packing checked on arrival at consolidation: factory-sealed, anti-static, undamaged

Packing & shipping
Packed the way your market receives it
High-value electronics travel differently from bulk cargo. We plan freight, insurance and handling around the hardware and your site.
- Factory-sealed OEM packaging with anti-static protection
- Palletised, shock-indicated shipments for full servers and racks
- Air freight by default for GPUs and memory; full transit insurance
- Delivery to your data centre, colocation facility or forwarder
Documentation
Paperwork prepared in-house, not outsourced
Every consignment travels with a complete document set, prepared by our own documentation team and checked against your letter of credit or contract terms before dispatch.

Buyer questions
What importers usually ask us first
Are you an NVIDIA or AMD partner?
We are a procurement coordinator. We buy through OEM server makers and authorised channel partners, and we tell you on the quotation which channel the hardware comes from.
Can you guarantee a delivery date?
We quote a lead time only after the upstream channel confirms availability or allocation. Where hardware is already allocated, we say so; where it isn't, we say that too.
Do you sell used or refurbished GPUs?
Our default is new, factory-sealed hardware with manufacturer warranty. If you specifically want refurbished equipment, tell us and we'll quote it separately with its condition and warranty clearly stated.
Which countries can you ship to?
Most destinations are fine. Some countries and end uses are restricted by export-control rules, and we check every order against them before quoting.
