A board game is a print job with dozens of parts, and a jigsaw puzzle is a die-cutting job that has to come out with every piece in the box. India's offset printers around Sivakasi and Mumbai already print for publishers worldwide. We turn that capacity into game and puzzle production, with piece counts and print quality checked before the shrink-wrap goes on.

Overview
Print, cut, count, pack
Games and puzzles mostly come under HS 9504.90 (board and table games) and 9503.00 (puzzles). Nearly all export orders are made to the buyer's own artwork and specification.
Print is offset CMYK with Pantone spot colours where needed, on 1.5–2.5 mm greyboard wrapped in coated art paper, finished in gloss, matt or linen texture. Colour is approved from a press proof before the full run. Card games are printed on 300–350 gsm casino or blue-core card stock and cut with rounded corners.
Puzzle quality depends on the cutting die. A good die gives snug, interlocking pieces with clean edges and very little dust. We specify board thickness, cut style (random or grid) and piece count, then check fit and dust at the inspection stage. Floor puzzles for small children use thicker 3–4 mm board and larger pieces sized against the small-parts rules.
Components such as dice, pawns, timers and plastic or wooden tokens come from approved suppliers and are packed to a component list. Every finished game is weighed against a reference weight before shrink-wrapping, to catch missing parts.

Our own inspectors clear the goods at the brand's plant and again before loading. Multiple brands and multiple divisions consolidate into one container, one invoice and one document set.
Brand names are disclosed to you on the offer and named on the inspection report, so you always know whose production you are buying. Where a buyer already has a preferred Indian brand, we are happy to source that brand and handle only the inspection, consolidation, documentation and shipping.

Can you print our own game design?
Yes. Send print-ready artwork and a component list; we return a digital proof, then a physical prototype, before the press proof and full run.
How do you make sure no pieces are missing?
Every game is weighed against the reference weight of a complete set before shrink-wrapping. Puzzles are checked for piece count by weight on samples from each lot.
Are puzzles and games tested like other toys?
Yes. Games and puzzles for children are tested to EN 71 and ASTM F963, including heavy metals in inks and small parts for younger age grades.
